Sacred Witnessing Circles
Participants will be placed into small Sacred Circles led by trained facilitators.
These circles are not therapy groups. They are not spaces for fixing, teaching, or advising.
They are spaces of witnessing.
A place where participants are invited to:
speak honestly
be heard without interruption
share from lived experience
sit within compassionate presence
practice relational authenticity

Opening the Circle – Creating sacred space and a container for the work, introducing the Medicine Wheel, coming into community together & Daily practices & ceremony
South (Air) – Alignment: Identification/disidentification. Connecting with our guides and allies for the journey.
West (Water) – Relationship: Cultivation Right Relationship with ourselves and others
West (Water) – Identifying our patterns and coping strategies
North (Fire) – Understanding and connecting to the Three Levels of Consciousness.
East (Earth) – Healing the wounded parts of the self (sub-personalities), and reclaiming their gifts and qualities.

You do not need previous experience with Psychosynthesis, ritual practice, or ceremonial work to participate.
The journey is designed to be accessible to individuals from many different backgrounds.
Participants are simply invited to arrive with curiosity, openness, and a willingness to engage honestly with themselves and the process.

This program is not psychotherapy, crisis intervention, or medical treatment.
Walking the Psychosynthesis Medicine Wheel is an educational, experiential, and transformational learning journey.
While emotional material may arise, participants remain responsible for their own wellbeing and are encouraged to seek outside therapeutic or clinical support when appropriate.

Sacred Witnessing Circles
These gatherings are designed to support both insight and embodied experience.
Each session builds upon the unfolding journey of the cohort.

Sacred Witnessing Circles are small facilitator-led groups that will meet once a month during the 4 hour class time.
They are spaces for:
authentic sharing
compassionate listening
relational witnessing
human connection
Sacred Witnessing Circles are not therapy groups, coaching groups, or advice spaces.
Participants are invited into the experience of speaking honestly and being heard within a respectful and carefully held container.

Sharing is always choice-based.
Participants are never pressured to disclose trauma, emotionally expose themselves, or participate beyond their own capacity.
Listening, witnessing, and quiet participation are also valued forms of engagement.

Life happens.
The main teaching sessions will be recorded and made available to enrolled participants.
Sacred Witness Circle sessions, however, will not be recorded in order to preserve confidentiality and relational safety.
Live participation is encouraged whenever possible, as the relational and experiential aspects of the work cannot be fully replicated through recordings.

Participants should plan for approximately:
1 monthly live teaching gathering, that includes meeting with Sacred Witnessing Circle (4 hours)
personal reflection and optional integration practices between sessions
The course is designed to support meaningful engagement without requiring intensive weekly coursework.

This work includes ritual, symbolic exploration, and ceremonial elements.
However, participants are not asked to adopt any particular spiritual belief system.
The program welcomes individuals from diverse backgrounds, traditions, and orientations.
The emphasis is on meaningful experience, personal inquiry, psychological integration, and authentic relationship with Self.

Because this journey includes experiential practice, Sacred Circles, and relational witnessing, cohort size is carefully held to support depth, intimacy, and ethical facilitation.

This program is not designed as a crisis-stabilisation or intensive therapeutic container.
Individuals experiencing acute emotional crisis, severe destabilisation, or needing clinical mental health support may benefit from additional or alternative forms of care at this time.

Whenever possible, participants are encouraged to join from a relatively quiet and private space.

Ethical Orientation
This course is grounded in a trauma-aware, choice-based, and non-pathologizing approach that honors the dignity, autonomy, and unique healing journey of each participant. While the material may support psychological, emotional, spiritual, and creative growth, it is not intended to replace psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical treatment, or crisis support. Participants are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support when needed.
The teachings within this course draw from both Psychosynthesis and Indigenous wisdom traditions. These sacred teachings are approached with deep reverence, humility, and respect for their origins, acknowledging the importance of ethical relationship, responsibility, and ongoing learning.
This course is trauma-aware, choice-based, and non-pathologizing. Participants are always encouraged to move at the pace of their own nervous system and lived experience. This program does not replace therapy or medical care.
The Medicine Wheel teachings are approached with reverence, humility, and respect.
